He has appeared before the SEC, FINRA (formerly NASD), and the Virginia State Corporation Commission in regulatory matters, and handled arbitrations administered by FINRA/NASD, the New York Stock Exchange, the Pacific Stock Exchange, the American Arbitration Association, and JAMS.
